Special Lug nuts needed for Telstars??

Default Special Lug nuts needed for Telstars??

Gonna take a shot at putting on my Telstar 15x4's and the 15x8's tommorrow, Ive gotta pick up some lug nuts though. Is it a special type lug nut needed... anybody know what their called- I'll see if NAPA carries them. I know their isnt too many types but I dont the the stockers are gonna work.

I believe you need a shank style like you do for all the drag wheels.

look at the sticky for exact fitment.

Just regular acorn style lug nut and your stock ones will work, just want look as good as chrome ones.

i tried putting telstars on my car. the center of the wheels drops down too soon and i couldn't clear the caliper enough to get close enough to bolt them on. keep us posted. and they take regular acorn lougnuts. the factory ones will work. just doesn't look as good as if you used chrome lugnuts.

Alright, I'll let ya know how it goes... I'll definetly find the chrome top lug nuts. Dont wanna ugly up my nice rims.

yep acorn style, I put them on mine but i have a LT1 car so the brakes are a little smaller. no grinding on mine they fit right on. I have 15x4 and 15x10s on mine

its nice not having to grind, but I might do an LS1 conversion on the front, at the end of the 1/4 some of the tracks around here have a short shut down its not to fun having smaller brakes.

Alright I got them all 4 bolted up.... that grinding sucks. But I didnt end up loosing to much steel of the calipers. Took a while though but it looks awesome. I am getting settled in my new house so if I can find my digital camera and the cable for it I'll post up some pics. Went ahead and picked up new lug nuts and locks with the Center caps. Appreciate the help that was offered up.
