Procharger warranty transferable?

I sold my procharged camaro over summer, we're wondering if the 3 year warranty is transferable?

Dont think so. I bought a procharger from the original owner... It was still under warranty according to him. So I called procharger and the guy on the phone said he could not transfer the warranty.
