Default Need pics of F-Bodies with Borla Intercooled Tips (Duals or Singles)

Trying to get an idea what my SS will look like with a pair of the single square slash cut intercooled tips off of the GMMG exhaust... doesn't seem like many people have the Borla tips here

I'm falling out of love w/ my tips. They're getting old... Come to think of it, I don't really have any good shots of the *** end.

I am considering chopping mine off and getting the single borla tips. You think they would slip right on?

I cant change them, the borla cat back has 2 pipes to the tip on the driverside, then a 2 into 1 style tip on the other side...

I like the way mine look with the formula rear bumper... but I am going to put a trans am rear bumper on my formula in the spring and match my rims with a ceta paint job on the bumper. I don't know if I will like how they look with the trans am rear bumper?!?! I like the single really thick chrome looking pipes for the trans am bumper, I forget who makes them.

that's ******* weird.

not sure what i'm going to do about tips at the moment... the borla tips I was looking at are 9" vs. the GMMG tips at 11" and I didn't order any with my exhaust ...

onefastbird95, I have a 95 Formula with a borla catback also. I just did a test fit with my new trans am rear bumper cover and for the 1/2 hour I had it on the car I thought it looked 100X better then it does with the formula bumper cover. I cant wait to put it back on and see how it looks this summer when I get to drive it again.

huh... I have a single pipe on my drivers side. Both of my tips can unbolt and slide off. I might be selling them to a guy on another board. He got rearended and one of his tips are bent.

So are you just swaping out the formula bumper for the trans am bumper? or are you adding the ground affects too? I just want to swap out the bumpers... how does that actually look on?? I like the way the tips look on the formula so if what ur saying is true I am going to love them on the trans am haha

thats really weird, do you know what year your system is from? Mine has single outlets on both sides like bayer-z28's does, the tips have band clamps so they can be disconnected. If you look at borlas website it shows the single outlets.

Never liked the Borla tips, they don't look that good IMO.
