Is this feasible. What I want to do is repaint black rebels to Gunmetal. How much and where? thanks

Anything is possible. Depending on your skills you can do it yourself, with rattle cans, or contact a good body shop, or 3rd contact a powder coater.

Just looked up some powdercoaters, seems like about $60-$100 a wheel. Does that seem about right?
