Question Cloyes Adjustable timing set – Used ok?

So, it appears I will need an adjustable timing set since my cam was not ground to my specs. Does anyone see a problem buying a used set? It has less than 2000 street miles and no track passes.

Clean it up and use it.

Cloyes makes excellent quality parts. I just pulled a Dbl roller Hex Adj off a Marine 360ci SBC with 800 hours and 12 years useage. It had no stretch at all in the chain. It was as tight as a virgin on prom night!

Well, I do not know if the girl I took to prom (eons ago) was a virgin or not, but I get your drift. I made an offer on a used one. I will wait for a reply. Thanks for the advice everyone.
