can someone do me a favor

Can someone get me a good pic of an auto shifter with the **** on and off. There is a white rod sticking out. Doing a write up, need before pics. Thanks

There is a U shaped metal pin that goes in front of the shifter through the leather. Once you get that pin out, the shifter **** slids off.
