What cam should i go with for a blower setup

Default What cam should i go with for a blower setup

i have tried using the search to see what you guys have been running. But basically what i am doin is changin my cam out because it is messed up right now. i wanna get a blower cam because i wanna get a procharger down the road sometime...i wanna make 450-500rwhp..What do you guys think i should get thanks.

crane 216/224 .576/.576 on a 114+2. would like to know more info on your combination though. but that's a good start.

The Lingenfelter GT2-3 (207/220, .571/.578, 118.5) has been proven to work well with blowers. Excellent driveability also. http://www.lingenfelter.com/store/ls1-gt2-3.html

Others have used the 224/228 .581/.588 114 or 116 cam with success.

basically i just want to do a cam ls6 heads, ls6 intake, and supercharge it.

Good Idea, I plan on ported LS6 heads, LSX intake, GT2-3 cam, and ATI procharger. Should be one sick setup.

exactly what cam I was going to say, you could even go a little bigger than that but you might want to search the Forced Induction section, as there is lots of information over there

If I were you guys, I'd look at some 6.0L heads instead if you are planning to supercharge. With LS6 heads, you are going to be raising your compression. Hope you don't have a stock bottom end or plan on running much boost at all.
