Default ok i am confused

with hp tuners can you tune 98 ls1 cars and i just keep getting confused with the real time tuning, what does it mean exactly.

Yes you can tune 98's just fine with HP Tuners...don't get confused by the real time tuning thing, its an enhancement of our custom operating systems.

You can scan, edit, use bi directional controls, etc...we just dont have any RTT custom operating systems for it.

does real time tuning me i can tune while driving and see what works the best.

I like to think RTT means you can tune while someone else is driving. But as stated above, this function is not available for '98.

correct...very useful on a dyno where you can just add or delete timing/fuel in WOT cells do dial in a car very quickly...we do however offer bidirectional controls on 98's which also can alter timing & fueling but globally rather then in specific cells.
