I have a dell 4550 and the ram will fit and work but the CPU 800 MHz is too fast I Think.

For the ram all you need to make sure if you're computer Uses PC2700 DDR 333MHz Memory

I looked it up and It claim's it will work but you should make sure It will work before you buy it. take a look

ttt, I see these idem's going for alot more on ebay ppl so If they dont sell thats were there going saturday!
