I installed a set of Koni SAs (the 4/3 set from Sam Strano) this weekend and noticed that the LCA's in the rear are very close to shock body. The Driver side has about 1/8th of an inch clearance and the passenger side has about 1/4 of an inch. I have stock LCA's with the stock bushings.

I know I need an Adj PHB, but that will still only leave ~1/4" on each side.
Then I was told that it is hard to correctly align a Adj PHB because you cannot align it correctly in your garage.

Any help would be appreciated!

PS they handle great!

That makes a little more sense...

The answer is--no problem. Not sure why you think there might be. It it's because the gaps aren't the same, well welcome to the world of GM. My car isn't the same either, and my axle is centered....

I was just curious if the LCAs would flex laterally (towards the shock) and puncutre a hole in my brand new Konis!

Do you also still possibly have the Moog 1LE style rear LCA bushing?

Yes I sell the bushings. No, they won't stop that from happening anyway. But they can't touch the shocks anyway. Only the PHB controls lateral location.

I know they wouldn't stop that from happening, I just cannot find anywhere that has the 1LE or equivelant LCA bushings.
