Default Redline Adjustment?

Can the Rev Limiter be adjusted to any RPM? I'd like to set it for 100 RPM's before redline or right at 6.5k RPMs The factory makes that part of the tach Red for a reason if you know what I mean...

yeah you can set it up to 8000rpms basically on the factory rev limiter.

Sounds good! Because tech. don't you start doing "damage" once you tap the red zone?

not necessarily, but yes its possible you could break something in the 6500rpm range...springs, pushrods on a missed shift, rod bolts in the earlier years...all can be weak links especially at that rpm.
