Default AC switch panel

The other day the selector switch on my AC panel (the one all the way on the right) had been acting up. The switch will sometimes just spin, and not change what is actually selected. Took me about 5 minutes to turn the vents completely off the other day, and the last thing I want is to have the A/C accidentally get stuck ON when I'm shutting it off. Do I need a new ****, or a whole new switch panel unit? Thanks for your help.

Great thanks I'll check it out, maybe even change the **** from one of the other switches to see if that remedies it.
