Ok, I am trying to get a donor 97 vette motor and harness/fusebox put into a kit car. I have made all the connections that are documented. To make a long story short I purchased a new 97 PCM and flashed it with EFIlive. The engine ran fine for a week. Then I disconnected the PCM for a few days to mount some hardware to hold the PCM. When I reinstalled the PCM the car will run for 5 seconds then die. I have checked and made sure the VATS is disabled and no DTCs are thrown. Does anyone have any experience with troubleshooting this issue? I have read it could be VATS but I know it is disabled and the car was running fine. I have double checked the grounds and the battery is fully charged.

I hopeing someone that has transplanted a 97/98 vette motor and PCM has seen this issue and can provide some insight.
