What are the chances they went through the trouble to mill the heads and notch the pistons to do it right?

SlickVert has T-Rex along with ETP heads his PB is 10.97 @ 126.20, 1.534 60's, DA 100, 3480RW not AFR though but there's someone had that particular Combo & i would like to hear more about it

would that small runner be ok for a top end cam like that? if they results would be comparable to slick verts (which is full weight if i recall) id be impressed.
