Default Need Vortech pulley suggestions for Vette.

I recently bought a Vortech S trim. It's going on my '04 MN6 Z51 vert. The car has '03 Z06 243 ported heads, Lingenfelter blower cam, FLP longtubes with HF cats. I drive about 10,000 miles/year for pleasure. I don't race, but play on the back roads. I'm getting it with the lowest boost pulley (6 lbs with these heads). I also have first shot to buy other pulleys at a good discount. Any suggestions from experienced Vortech owners? I'm looking to not push things so far that I blow stuff up. (Really)

2.95 pulley will give you another 2-3 lbs. gotta make sure you retune everytime you change pulley size. have fun!

Because not all pulley arrangements are the same ..... what size pulley is on the blower now. My motor is setup very similar to yours and is an LS1. I am running 9.5psi with a 3.4in pulley. Going from 3.7 to 3.4 pulley changed the peak psi by almost 2psi. Gives you an idea of what changes to expect.

By the way my car is a daily driver and it seems to be holding up well. I have owned it for 2.5 years now.
