Depends on the CNC design. A CNC is not a CNC is not a CNC. The 241 heads have smaller port volumes than the 243 heads, and the 243's have a different chamber size, so the CNC will not be the same.

The 243's are inherently a better head design-wise, and just a 241 to 243 heads swap (stock heads) is usually a 10-20 hp gain (bigger ports and higher Cr from the smaller chambers) depending on the cam, exhaust, etc. of the cuurent setup.
