Do a search for FRC or fuel rail covers. If I remember some members have posted info on what cuts need to be made. I bought a set already cut and painted. The !wire mod is rerouting the wires on the passenger side fender. You cut a hole in the backside of the fender and move the wires above the plastic wheel well. Really cleans up the pass. side. There are also a few write ups posted about how to do it. There is a member that has a kit all put together to do that mod. He post under ~JOSHUA.
