Default Removing the Rear main seal?

Hey guys well I had a leaky rear main while the tranny was out I pulled the rear engine cover. So I removed the seal from the rear engine cover then the Round rear main seal doesnt want to move out of place its like its fused in there. has anyone had this problem before? Any tips to geting it out?

It is a press fit. There should be 3 grooves where you can get under it with a screw driver around the perimeter of it. Slowly go around to all 3 and pry out a little at a time.

I tryed it seemed to be stuck good.

Heat it up in the oven to around 250 degrees and it should make it easier.
