Im not doubting the 402's capability, but without any n20, is it possible through a 6 speed?

Someone around my area has claimed that, and I wasnt sure if the blower can breath that much...

Have an upcoming race against him, so Im just curious.

No Bob from Epp maxed one out on a 408 and made somethin like 8?? maybe he will chime in. In other words 900 with a 408 and D1 is not achievable.

lol, assuming I have traction.

Last time we ran the car before it broke we spun the tires at 120 in 4th gear, so I might need to let out some pressure of my tires and warm em up a bit.

Theres supposed to be some other cars in the line up :

heads/cam 150 shot c6
heads/cam 200 shot 2nd gen viper
car i was talking about (402 d1 procharged vette)
06 srt10 snake with open headers, lol.
Im trying to get NicD to come out with us too (built 346 with a 76gts on there)

Just curious to see how I do against them. I hope nothing breaks before then, hahaha.

We hit 16psi with a d1sc on a slp 402. With a lower compression setup (not sure), lopey cam, ported heads and slp headers. We hit 757rwhp, having some steamroller drag radials made this car hook verry well on the street! As some have said, the d1sc was maxed out pretty well, the FMIC we have helped the IAT's alot.

Well.......I would have to say that it's highly unlikely. But...

If the guy is one of those with deep pockets and didn't care if he killed his blower by knocking out the bearings and then impeller etc..and spun it to F1 max rpm maybe.....twice he could make the number.

You can do it but static compression would have to be 11-1 with a good Cam.Of course C-16 would be needed at all times.

I just pulled 800rwhp with a 427ci/D1 setup.Of course it was 93 octain with Meth and alittle unsafe for the street.

Question to your setup why did you go iron rather than stick with your pimp *** aluminum ls2 block? That block can and will keep up with your . F-1R. which I am sure you know.

Ok, good. Last setup the guy had was a 346 with a d1 and claimed 687rwhp if I remember correctly... Either that or low 600's I dont remember too well.

So what your saying is I shouldnt have a problem walking this guy then, lol.
