Yes it will fit, but one bolt hole on the bellhousing will not line up.
Just tell the company that you get the converter from that
you are doing an LSX to TH400 conversion.
They will just use a longer pilot on the engine side.
This is very common, so if the company is not familiar
with this set up, keep shopping!
Yank or Edge seem to have a strong following with the LT1 and LS1 crowd.
Good luck with your build!

So that one bolt that won't line case a problem or is there a fix for it? The converter will be purchased from yank. What stall do you guys recommend for a turbo street car? Any suggestions on a flexplate?

There are a ton of people with an LSX/TH400 conversion driving
around without the one bolt installed. It is not a big deal.
I am building a twin turbo L92 setup right now and I am
probably going with a Vigilante 3200.
My power goal is 1K at the motor, and Precision states that
their $645 converter is good to 1,600HP, includes a 2 year warranty,
and one free restall. That sounds like a deal to me.
Yank offers no restall policy, and thiers is $200 more,
so I'm leaning toward the Vig!
Take some time to think about how you plan to use the car.
My car will be 80% street and 20% strip, so I personally prefer
a converter that is nice and tight around town.
I think that a 3,500 stall is the most I would consider for a non lock-up application that is driven often.
Don't cheap out with a $300 converter, you will regret it. I've been there...
