I apologize in advance for the horrible video quality... Not to mention the first 1/2 doesnt have much racing...
Go ahead and laugh. I killed it starting a burnout. I had just rolled into the parking lot in 2nd and was just sitting there with the clutch in... forgot i was in 2nd.

Looks like you had fun. I just can't pass up the chance to say...LSX engines have no problem with 2nd gear burnouts. ;) :burn:

There was obviously something wrong with that bike...
Cool to see the comparison between my 5.0 and the other 5.0 that he raced....
Well yours pulled on his from a roll so I had to assume Yours > His > 600cc sportbike.

Well that is correct, but I imagine most 600cc bikes will pull on me like I pulled on his camaro...

Most 600cc SPORTBIKES will run high 10's. What kind of bike was it? I can't see the video at work. :bang:

Ive beat down a few 600-750cc bikes from a roll. Freaked a couple of them out because they were sure they were gonna leave me like I slammed on the brakes.
Hey FiveLiter, I know I asked this in another thread, but are those 96/97 cobra wheels on your car?
FiveLiterRiceEater

Yes they are. The previous owner converted the car to 5 lug. He did it the crappy way with the ranger axles and the markVII rotors.
I ordered a set of SN95 Spindles and Hubs and they are sitting in my garage, along with a few other little bolt ons. Just waiting for Spring before I start workin on the car again.

I thought so. I have a set on my 4 banger car, pics are in my sig. I love how they look on the Fox bodies. I did my 5 lug the "crappy" way too with the exception of the 73mm calipers.

The only reason I bought the spindles is because Im planning on painting the car black and throwing on a set of 18X10,18X9 gunmetal cobra R's. and the dustcaps on the "crappy" conversion wont allow that.
I do like the look of the 96-96 wheels though... Much better than any stock option.

the 99 GT 5 spoke wheels look sharp on fox bodys in my opinion as do the 96 cobras you have on now. clean car. ~Guy

I pulled on him like a freight train from the stop. Just couldnt see it very well. I was having some traction issues in 1st and 2nd... He had a good 2 cars on me at the start. I need to invest in some sticky tires... these H rated just arent cutting it..

Ive seen him there before, but Ive never really talked to him... Ill ask for him next time...
Im a few good burnouts away from a new set of tires :)
Thanks
Most 600cc SPORTBIKES are capable of running high 10's, but most squids are lucky to get them into the 11s.
*FIXED*
I couldn't agree more.

+1 to NVME
Another thing is that the 94 Katanas aren't exactly the higher performing sporkbikes known to man, either.

Ya.. one of the guys that I work with has one around that year, and he says he can barely get the front tire off the ground... Thats pathetic for a "sport bike"

Hey Five Liter rice eater, how come you couldn't pull a car on that camaro from a stop?
Did you tell your dad that you were getting into your rice eater through the back hatch due to some "winter modifications?"
Maybe besides the retarded addiction to fords, your dad left you a heriditary shifting problem as well. Him not in the 12s and you not able to pass a 170 hp camaro from a dig.
Oh and by the way, that mike guy has a sweet trans am. Tell him you have a friend who took his place fixing your rice eater due to excessive abuse.

Explain to me why your 454 gets eaten alive by my 302? Wait... that was when my car was still an automatic with lets see... no mods..
Funny how that Camaro doesnt have traction issues... maybe thats because it has z rated sticky tires and only 170 horses...
Its not my driving either, I can laungh it nice and easy like i did in the video, but as soon as it hits upper RPMS in 1st it just lights em up.
Shouldnt you be making coffee?
