Default Front lights

I own a 98 firebird Formula...I recently fixed one of my front directional bulbs beacuse it died..It turned out to be a more orange color than the other one and I think it looks absolutely terrible..I've been looking into putting new lights in the front bumper and was woundering if anyone knew a few things.
1. Is it legal to have a DRL thats not yellow?
2. If it is illegal..where can I get an illegal white bulb to put in there?
3. Ive seen halo lights on a few TAs and think they look awesome...but I'm pretty sure that my fog lamp socket is smaller than that of a TA..where can I buy one of those that'l fit mine? Thanks

I dont know about the legality but you can get the clear bulbs at any auto parts store.

Here is a breakdown of part numbers and what they mean.
3157 ----- Clear
3157A ---- Amber (the glass is coated/painted. the color will fade over time)
3157NA --- Natural Amber (the glass is actually amber in color and will not fade. they are also richer in color)
3157R ----- Red (the glass is coated/painted. I dont know if there is a red glass version)

Front turn signals are required to be amber though. Since the front DRLs on the Formula are also the turn signals, stick with the 3157NA bulbs.

You can also get brighter back-up bulbs too. I forget the brand, but I bought them at Pepboys. They are 55watt halogen bulbs re-based to fit in place of the normal reverse bulbs. They come in a black and yellow "blister pack" like the other bulbs. Since the reverse lights are typically only on for thirty seconds to a minute, I haven't had any wiring issues from the extra wattage.
