yellow stuff in oil cap!????

yellow stuff in oil cap!???? Ok i am changing my oil and the inside of the cap as well as the filler neck has this yellow gew on the edges of it. What the heck is it??? i dont think its coolant becuase my level is toped off. could it be moiture or something? Ive never seen this before. Please help ASAP! (Sorry for the bad pics. I wipped off the cap before thinking to take shots of it so here is the filler neck.)

yep thats it!!! my cap looked just like that one in the other thread. All i do is short trips and it ***** cold today. Oil just finished draining and looks just fine. No coolant loss either. Feaw! Thank god! Thanks guys. I love this web site.
