Default Situation...Misfire at redline?

Situation is....

2000 Camaro SS M6
PaceSetter LT's
TSP duals
GMPP Wires
TR55 plugs
Harland 1.7 rockers (had to take the stock rockers for my own car long story)
Stock H/C
LS1 intake

Mail order tune from Thunder Racing.

Delete EGR

Full throttle around redline the car begins to bog regardless which gear or sitting still. It's almost as if the car wants to shut itself down. Can't really explain it much better than that. Once at a certain point over 5000 rpm it feels like it's running on 6 cylinders. If you let off the gas it sometimes comes back to life, sometimes it dies. If you ease off to about 4000 or less it "bogs" for a few seconds then comes back to life. Smells like exhaust like a **** only when this happens.

I had a friend scan it today. Misfires reported with Autotap Cyl 1,2,4,7 during a quick scan. He thought since the rockers are too much for the stock springs that might be why the car is doing what it's doing.

Any advice?
