Since there is alot of interest in a GP on clear lids I can put one together for you guys. I have 10 lids reserved for this GP and they are priced at $115 shipped anywhere in the U.S. The GP will be at a minimum of 10 orders, you can give me a call here at the office and I will gladly put you on the list and orders will be shipped out as soon as we have 10 orders.

Does this one fit better than the Whisper lid? I have a whisper and it does not fit right...does not lock in on the back drivers side like it should.

Is anyone else having problems with theres? Mine will not stay on. Its hard as hell to get on period and once the engine starts or shakes the littlest bit the clamps pop. I do not have this problem with my current lid (not factory). Also is it supposed to come without a hole for the AIT sensor?

shew glad I didn't order. Seemed odd that they never responded to any questions.

I test fit three different ones, including one which was sent back for fitment issues and they went on fine. It is a tight fit which is what it was made for and its not going to fit easily like the stock one does. All three that I test fit made a good seal and all the tabs lined up and the clamps went on fine.

Got my clear lid on today :D Just wanted to clear up any fitment issues from my previous posts. Just had to push it on all the way. What was happening was the part where the maf goes in was pushing slightly on the bottom. Now thats its on all the way this thing is on there tighter than the previous lid and the factory junk. I LOVE IT!

HMMMMM,,i ordered mine last week from MTI website,,,wish i would have seen this. #005816,,i just spoke with you this morning. :cry:

I paid full price off the website even though I mentioned this site. Lid is sweet, packing sucked, box was crushed but got lucky and lid survived. MTI needs to use some packing material instead of just throwing it in an empty box by itself.
MTI ever heard of bubble wrap or packing peanuts. I got very lucky mine wasn't ruined and I'm kind of not happy about the lack of regard for the product.

i mite order 1 2moro if its bubblewrap or newspaper guaranteed

We might have run out of packing material and just sent the lid out so the customer wouldnt have to wait. We have packing material here now and lids can ship today!! Give us a call or pm.
