im looking into getting lt1 edit and everyone that has emailed me says they have it with the stock pcm. but will it still work with the vats still in the computer? and will i be able to disable vats with lt1 edit? i do have remote start in my car so there is a resistor in line taking place of the one for the key if this makes any difference. or is there anything else i need to know about doing something like this?

Personally, I would go with TunerCat since you are OBD1. Much more flexible, and still supported. LT1Edit is no longer supported, just sold.
