Wont go in gear, hard to shift. HELP!

Wont go in gear, hard to shift. HELP! My rear end snapped about a week ago and i just got my car out of the shop today because of it while i was drivin home from the shop i noticed that if im at a dead stop and go to put it in first, it wont go in but if i pull back and try at it again it slides right in.
but thats not my only problem i noticed that if im crusing around 30+mph and go to down shift to 2nd it wont go in.
other than that its just real nottcy.
should i try bleeding my clutch and see if that helps. becuae when ever my rear end snapped in bounced around real hard cus it locked up and im hoping it didnt damage nothin in my rear end.

I see you have an LS7 clutch? Is this the problem? My trans shifted like butter , put in LS7 clutch and new slave and still isnt shifting as nice as it used to..

When trying to shift to second (when it won't go), leave in neutral and pump the clutch pedal 3-4 times and see if it does in easy afterward. If it does, it's likely the hydraulics. You could also try the same when trying to get in 1st gear. I had this issue and then updated the hydraulics, did the drill mod, and installed the steve-d slave extension and all has been good since.
