have 38MM offset, what will 2 inch wider do?

have 38MM offset, what will 2 inch wider do?

My rims fit pretty good right now, pretty much flush with the rear fender, if I widen them 2 inches, will they still fit or will I need spacers? thanks all

that would probably depend on what size wheel you have on there now
