New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - SS options

I have been looking at an 98 SS M6...the guy that is sellin says it has all ss package accesories...what does this include for an ss of this year?...upgraded shocks? exhaust? etc...

The car should have a white SLP sticker on the passenger door which lists the options installed by SLP for the SS model. Start there first. If you don't have this sticker, I would find out why.

The SS option is mainly an appearance upgrade option. You could also contact SLP directly and give them the vin #. They will be able to tell you what came with the car, the build#, etc. Good luck.

you could get better shocks,performance exhaust,code keys, interior badges, and heavy duty rearend with the ss packages

It might not have a sticker. Mine doesnt.

you could also call slp with the vin and they can give you the info on the car
