Question Thoughts and advice on my engine bay (2001 Steel Gray SS)

Ok I am trying to think of everything I can do right now to make my engine bay look as nice as possible since the motors out and I have room. Its good to finally get this car back together, I have spent so much time on this car I need to get it running soon! Still need to get some polished MBA caps and covers, anyone has some they wanna sell let me know

Would like to hear from some of you on ideas on what I should do or add? My color theme is the color of the car Steel Gray Pearl with platinum silver powder coated and polished/chromed parts.

So far I have done the wire mod
Hood Latch Cable Relocation
Removed AC
Filled holes and painted engine bay
Changed bolts, washers, and nuts.
Powder coated and painted a lot of parts.
Heres some pictures

Now should I get a new Weiand polished manifold or paint my new LS6 to match the car?
Still need to get a batter cover like Optimum or LS1 Speed, what do you guys think will look better?
Does anyone know where I can find some better looking hose clamps, maybe black to hide them or anything that looks clean?
Has anyone painted the top and bottom parts on the K&N FIPK?

Thanks

I used stainless T-bolt hose clamps on all of the induction hoses...if you rotate the bolt assembly underneath, only the smooth stainless band shows from the top-side...you can see them in this pic:

As for the intake, I think I'd smooth and paint the LS6 intake...

I'd paint the LS6 Manifold myself. I never cared for the Weiand intake. That color looks bad as hell man. You do awsome work. I can't wait till the final product. Where did u aquire your bolts, washers n what not? I'd look into polishing your master cylinder, brake lines and ABS as well.

Josh has some great stuff you may like such as different colored Carbon Fiber/aluminized fiberglass and he can polished anything metallic. (he has battery covers)

Hey Travis where did you both get that metal cover to hide the fuse boxes? I like how stock it looks.

I got the bolts, washers from hillco fasteners and sent off some other bolts to be chromed. I have thought about polishing the brake lines and ABS but dont have anything to polish it with. Still looking for a MBA master cylinder cover. I had a friend that would let me take parts to his shop to polish them using a buffing wheel or something but I dont want to remove the brake lines and ABS just to do that. Anyone have any tips on polishing the brake lines and ABS?
