Default Pressure Plate "fingers" bent in

Finally pulled the trans while dealing with this issue: https://ls1tech.com/forums/manual-transmission/641743-felt-weird-pop-now-clutch-doesn-t-work.html

The pressure plate has two "fingers" that are bent in..

The hydraulics look fine. Is there any way to reset the PP? I was able to pop the prongs back out some by my foot.

Can I replace JUST the pressure plate on the setup? The disk and flywheel is still perfect. (and money is extremely tight right now) Anyone know the P/N for just the plate?

Default

That is a LUK adjustable diaphragm P/P. Looks like you messed up the diaphragm "cone" itself. I don't think those P/P are rebuildable. Time for a new P/P.
