You can ignore the history codes. Some of the communication codes just pop up sometimes. The current codes 0131 & 0151 you have indicate problems with both front O2 sensors, possibly fried harness or just a blown fuse. 0174 says you are running lean on bank 2 possibly due to malfunctioning O2 sens, the 0300 missfire code may fall into line because of lean condition.
