Default Idle problems after upgrades....

The problem begins with the problem of idle surging and stalling.
First I found that we didn't have the pcv plugged back in right but now it is all back in (bank 1 and 2 rear valve cover connections go into intake manifold and front bank 2 goes into the TB)

That helped the idle but I found later that as the engine warms up it will surge and if i try to put the car in gear it stalls. (automatic 4l60e tranny)

If I create a vacuum leak at the manifold by disconnecting the pcv and crimp it with a tie or something similar the car will idle for a bit and will surge some but I can put the car in gear and drive fine.

Just need some suggestions as to were to start and why this car is requiring so much more air?

I have installed the following:
Gen III hot cam (and new valve springs because the cam requires it, cam with the kit)
new piston rings
double roller timing chain set (set new crank sprock at 2* retarded, and yes the dots are lined up right)
new malley oil pump (could have spelled that wrong)
victor drag race headers from edelbrock (sweet btw) w/ dynomax bullet mufflers
bosch narrowband o2's (old ones weren't working properly)

I have removed:
all exhaust
EGR
AIR

Also detuned:
EGR

I have hp tuners software so I can modify anything necessary.
