Default WTF now? (tranny issues) 4L60E

Well for starters its on a 4.3 V6 S10. I was told that you guys know your **** about these transmissions so I came looking for answers. Now then. About 3000 miles ago it was shifting into 2nd gear really hard, but only sometimes, and only when I grannied it. Then it got worse and I drained and changed as much fluid as I could without flushing the tranny. Everything is copacetic.

Now when I shift from P to R or D it hesitates for about one second and then clunks into gear. It does this harder when going into N than D, and doesnt shift hard at all when driving. Sometimes I think I feel it clunk down into first when coming to a slow stop.

Sometimes it feels like it slips in first but not that bad. What do you guys think. And please no bashing cause I dont have a V8, although a turbo is in the works.
