Default would 5.3 heads work with this cam?

Ive been shopping for some heads to go along with my GT2-3 camshaft from lingenfelter, and i came across some ported 5.3 heads with 61cc chambers-the seller doesn't have flow numbers but he does say it'll raise CR to 11:1--camshaft specs are 207/220 578 581 118.5 ICL--just wondering if anyone has tried this combo before and if it'd work well together, wanting to get 400rwhp, thanx in advance

Should make for an interesting combo. Im thinking that'll be a torque crazy car. Dont think you'll make quite 400rwhp..but close. You'll need headers too.

Those would probably be the best heads with their 220cc runners (unless they are hoged) (like old 230cc sets).

If you want a good advice, buy a new set. Used could be damaged or else. Might cost you more at the long run.

Just out of curiosity, who ported them, surely the guy must know that.

I dunno, sounds fishy, 30 years experience and no flow sheet!, plus if I read correctly stock valves, stock springs, unassembled.
I say pass on them. You can get PP 243s with LS6 springs, stock valves for less than 1000$ assembled 227 cc and a free mill with bolts IIRC.

Maybe they are, but for most of us, legit heads come with flow sheet and build details.
