Hi all,

Anyone know what size the stock U-joints are? I though I saw they were 1310's but I am not certain. I'm running a stock, steel DS if it matters.

Also any suggestions on where I can order a good, non-greasable, solid U-joint? Any part numbers that would be great too

I checked with the local stores and they only carry the weaker, greasable kind. At this point I'm about to head over to the dealer but I wanted to check with the people here first

Thanks for any help you can provide, I ran a search already but couldnt find what I was looking for...

Jason

You're going to need to go to a reputable transmission/driveline shop. Get a solid body spicer joint. Our DS and rear use an S44 joint.

Hope this helps...

Shane

BTW I have a stock aluminum DS with the soild spicer joint for sale for $150...

Thank you sir!

I would love to just buy a new DS but I just lost my job so $$$ is tight and I'm trying to do this as cheaply as possible

I will take your advice and find a solid Spicer joint. Their "Spicer Life" series looks good.

Now if I can just find somewhere that sells them...
