Default ??? About Twin Turbos

If I were to twin turbo my 98 camaro I would just hook one turbo to each exhaust manafold. Or do I need to connect them some how through the pipeing?

I am aslo interested in a stagared turbo setup (big and small) if I do the TT. Right now it will be a toss up if I go TT or single turbo

Tons of pictures on this forum for you to look at for different types of turbo set-up.

You can go to either of the sites in my signature to see a twin set-up. Down and dirty - 1 turbo per manifold.

I doubt you would want to do a small turbo on one side and larger on the other side. I'm not an expert but just doesn't sound right.

Keep the turbos the same size. Unless you planning on building a tractor puller. No need to balance turbos from side to side (we used to do that 20 years ago) You should be able to match the turbos to your needs...smaller, the faster thay come on and the sooner they stop making power. Good Luck

What's lag? I can leave just off idle on the foot brake and run low 1.30's 60'. Just don't go too big on the turbos. You could try 62's?

Both turbos are the same size on an Audi S4
