Default Arp head stud question?

Ive been running the 12 point arp head studs for 3k. I had to take a head off for some bent valves last week. Can i just leave the studs in there and put the new head on? or should i remove these and apply more moly lube.

I've always left mine in. I just go over them and make sure none came loose when I took the head off.
