Make sure it shifts by 6100 and watch the 3>4 WOT shifts. They're the weakest...

Tuning won't help a failing tranny, and there is a lot you can do that can make it worse. Personally with your mods (and a good tranny) I would log and test to hit 6150 for 1-2 and 6100 for 2-3. Don't mess with any pressure related stuff if you have any kind of built tranny or shift kit.

based on the info you stated in your first post...

it is set for the wrong rear, now it is stock
... so is it wrong or correct?

if you ran a 13.6 with a slipping trans.... i'm hoping you are in a very high altitude area (denver?)

if your trans is slipping at that slow of ET... then doubtful tuning will help...

(if Manual transmission and lots of slippage , you need to learn to drive or replace the clutch ... no reason to run a 13.6 in an LS1 unless you're high altitude, bad clutch, failing auto, or can't drive stick)

but regardless.... stock valvetrain ... 100rpm max is safe IMHO (behond stock shifts... though 1-2 can be raised 200-300RPM)

if you need to shift from 3 to 4... time to change tire or rear gear (WOT 3-4 shift is death to a 4L60E)

basically comes down to: put some info on your car in your signature
if you are running a 13.6 with major slippage... deal with the slippage issue before you start running the RPMs higher

edit:
saw that you are running an auto for sure
if you're seeing slippage then start shopping for a new transmission... unless you're at high altitudes, a 13.6 is pretty poor for an LS1

you need to deal with the slippage issue before you start messing with shift points ....
