Default will 35mm offset in front work??Need to know asap. 02SS

I know that 8.5" ..... +38 to +45 mm .... 235, 245, 255 but these rims I am looking at have a ET of 35 which is only 3mm differece. I tried my friends 38 on my 02 camaro and they barely fit but does or has anyone tried 35 and any issues? Lowering? I am probably going to have to roll the fender, huh?? Thanks for the help

Default

35 mm offset 8.5" wide wheels. Should fit fine. I run 37 mm offset 9.5" wheels on all four corners.
