Default Alum. V/C's: Zoop or Clear?

Anyone have experience on this one?

I have fairly new Moroso polished aluminum valve covers on the Vortech Z28 that are already getting some slight water spot corrosion.

Also got some new Jeg's Polished Billet Aluminum coil covers ready to put on on the SS 402.

Just wondered if I should use Zoops polish on both or would you use Eastwood Bare metal diamond clear cote spray. Zoops lasts 2- 3 seasons while the Eastwood would be much, much longer.

But with Zoops, you get no clearcote paint nicks or scuffs. A little Shinier than clear cote (slight fogging Eastwood clearcote says).

Thanks for any advice!
Ram

Thanks guys, I guess Zoop is OK if it really lasts a couple of years.

Y2K Pewter SS clean car! How long did it take you to reroute all the wires and crap? Sweet wheels too...You need a black manta IMO!

You need glasses or new glasses IMO, because I have a black manta

It takes about 2 hours to reroute all the wires on the passenger fender. The other wires are very simple jobs and don't take long at all.
