Factory Hurst looks like the stock shifter and has no shift stops
The Billet Plus has a billet aluminum base anodized in gold and has adjustable Stops and spring tension.
The Comp Plus is between the other 2 I think.

I have the HURST BILLET/PLUS and it is by far the best shifter I have ever had.[had 10-15].had...5.0 and BM .... this is not too notchy,or noisy...and has a chrome lever if u wish to use it..[sits too high for me]..I am now using the stock Hurst stick -1".
