now it has a ls1 and they say its a ws6 but i never seen a ws6 with a hatch like that

There is such a thing called a WS6 Formula, but that is not one. That has a Suncoast Creations WS6 hood, you can see the foam on the underside of the hood for the optional Suncoast Creations airbox.
Its just a Formula with an aftermarket WS6 hood and WS6 badges.
