Default Drove the LS1 Coupe Today!!! *PICS*

Wanted to share. I'm stoked I finally got to drive the coupe today. I still need to do some wiring and finish hanging some sheetmetal, but other than that, all went well. After driving, had no leaks, temp did not even get to 190, just stayed at 180 the whole time. Here's some pics.. Enjoy

***More pics added***

Thanks everyone. I finished hanging the front clip back on and banged in the fenderwell a little more on the rear (rubbed a bit).

The moroso springs for the rear purposly came with a longer pass side spring for a more strait launch (susp flex on initial launch). I'm thinking about trimming it a little so it will sit a little more even. Now I just need to finish the interior and some misc wiring. I will keep it updated as much as possible.

i would also cut it down a bit, but i'd also add an airbag to it for the same affect, keeping it level on launch. unless of course you're going to add a pro type anti-roll bar.

if you want to do the airbag, i was charged and sent 2 Steeda airbags when i only asked for one, but i held onto it. they're $40 each, still in the box. if you want it pm me and i'll let it go for $35 shipped.

This makes me miss my 90 notch. Looked identical. Black on charcoal w draglites. Only had 50k miles on it when i sold it in 2000. One of my buddies bought it brand new and babied it but when his girlfriend got preggers I bought it in 98.

Fun car chicks loved it obviously BWAHAHAHAHAHA
