Default 5 days of detailing: before and after pics

Took me 5 days from start to finish everything. Process was:

1. 2x Dawn wash
2. Meguiar's claybar
3. Porter Cable Compounding with Orange pad and menzera Intensive Polish
4. Porter Cable Polishing with White pad and menzera Final Polish II
5. 2 coats of Zaino Z2 Show car polish (by hand)
6. Zaino Z6

Before:

During:

Girlfriend was helping out All the microfiber towels on the T-bar were the ones we dropped. There's about 10 up there

AFTER:

These pictures were taken at noon with direct sunlight on the car. I took pictures specifically with the sunlight in the paint to show how flawless it is. Before swirls were visible anywhere the sun was in the paint and now there are none

Bye bye old side molding residue Keep in mind this residue was impossible to get off by hand when I tried before the PC. I tried goo gone, claybar and a lot of elbow grease and it would not come out. PC took it right out during the compounding stage:

Big *** difference on the sail panel:

Enough pics for ya? These will probably be the last pictures you see of the car before new hood, spoiler, and paint.

Nice job, but I dont think I love my car that much. Once in a while I will give it a 3-4 hour wax job myself. The rain shall cometh down on your car.

I cant wait to I clean mine up too, black looks kickass when its clean and crap when its dirty. Car has not been washed in about 3 months.
