Default Custom air box for a Sunoco hood

Has anyone designed and built a functional air intake for their Sunoco hood? If you have, would you please provide pics.

a lid and ssra would be good... the sunoco hood doesnt help push any air into the engine.. it just keeps the eng. compartment a bit cooler and it looks badass...

cowl hoods show gains on carb. engines only when driving because the air gets "sucked" into the breather on the top of the engine because of high/low pressure points... i cant think of the proper wording to explain it...

i doubt your goona get away with that avatar for much longer..

I don't know where I found that at, just liked it. I'm sure someone won't like it and bitch about it.

Thanks for the input on the cowl hood thing. The car is beng painted right now at Hills Hot Rods in Lubbock TX. SOM with black hockey stripes and a black accent on the side of the hood cowl. I was just thinking about possibly designing and installing a custom air box for it, wondering if there would be any possible gains or advantages in doing so besides a bling factor.
