Paint & Body Work - Does my rear quarter need replacing or can it be repaired as is?

Here is a pic of the quarter on the pass side. The car is currently is a government storage facility and will be brought to east coast (Philly area) around may or so. I plan to have cartek do some work on the turbo kit, full tune, and use a body shop at their recommendation to repair the quarter panel. Should i start sourcing parts or can the repair be done on the existing parts and still look great? Let me know what you guys think. Also, any ball park estimates will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg

By the looks of it it seems like you should be able to pull it, dosent seem like there was a crease in the metal or any thing, and the inside of the panel is easy to acces if you need to hammer or dolly it, but thats just my 2 cents

Yep agreed. Pull it then put a layer of fiberglass behind to reinforce it and call it a day. I did this to my G/F's car 4 years ago and it still hasn't buckled or anything.

I had one way worse than that and it was repairable. Cost me $750.00.

Looks repairable to me, if it was the front fender you could have it replace for dirt cheap.

That's an easy fix. I would put that dent in primer at our shop for less than $200
