Exhaust to loud!!...inserts?-

Default Exhaust to loud!!...inserts?-

read my sig and you will know what im talkin about.............i was thing of buying some of the inserts from jegs to bring down the noise.......i loved the sound of my LM 1 but now since the cats are gone its to much....im not looking to spend alot of money for a new catback.......has anyone used a insert and how good do they work

Put your stocker back on, sell the LM1, and buy an electric cutout. I've got a Flowmaster catback I'll GIVE you (minus tips) if you chunked the stocker.

Our cars can NEVER be too loud!!.......Just not loud enough! :-)

I wouldn't screw with inserts, don't they go in each collector? I would sell the LM, put the stocker back on and then buy a muffler to have welded into the stock location. Oh and put a cutout on there too. IIRC it's pretty cheap to have an exhaust shop simply swap out the muffler.

its not really the loud......its the tone from 2000-3500.......

and yea the stock one is long gone....i'll take you up on the flowmaster thanks
