What gear/stall for F13 / PRC 2.5r heads?

What gear/stall for F13 / PRC 2.5r heads?
I have a f13 with a f14 exhaust lobe - 234/230 595/585 114 +2 and some prc 5.3 2.5r heads that flowed 308 cfm. Currently, I have 3.23's and a TCI 3500 SSF converter. What gears/stall should I switch to? Is it worth switching them at this point? What kind of time drops am I leaving on the table not switching?

Leave it alone. It may like more gear but its not worth it IMO to swap gears in a built LS1 car with a stock 10bolt, its an S10 rear thats gonna grenade eventually. Save up for a 12bolt of 9" or Dana.
