Default LS1 Supercharge intake roots style 6-71/8-71

Hey Guys,
I have searched this site, and the web, alot ,for days. I am looking for a supercharger intake for an LS1 to use a 6-71 roots supercharger. I saw some posts on it here a year or so ago, I thought is was made in Australia. Any one have any info? I contacted BDS and although they are in magazines, they are not instock or ready yet....plus customer service sucks, can someone help...maybe a link? thanks MJ

Thanks guys, I found the BDS stuff. I contacted them, and i talked to the tech guy, he got some stuff together, and never called me back. I had to call 4 times talked to a chick, that had no clue, got a bunch of stories and found out, it's not availabe yet, they gotta make it.
I saw on here, there was just an intake, and thought it was made in Australia.
SCREW(funny) BDS, if i can buy and intake, i'll figure the rest, thanks for the help.MJ

Has anyone over there got a 6-8/71 blown LS1 yet? Are you happy or sad? I'm very interested in the BDS kit for my Aussie LS1.
cheers

I got my 8-71 blower kit from BDS but didnt run it yet I am working on the injectors and throtel body (there should be 2) .
it's gooing to be ready in a few weeks.
any way am not happy with BDS service ,when I ordered the blower they told me it will be ready in 4-6 weeks but I waited 4 months.

Thanks for the reply azoooz What did the kit cost if you dont mind me asking? And what sort of power figure's are you expecting? Can you still run the factory PCM and injection system if you choose?
Sorry for the 20 questions but I'm pretty keen on these kits and can't find any decent info from BDS, I have emailed them twice and still no reply
cheers

I tried to order on from BDS, and nothing but strokes....i was pissed. Is the intake manifold like a FAST base and they put an adapter to it? How about a pick of just the base without the flat plate on it? PLEEEEESE?

i saw azooz's intake and it looks nice. the thing i noticed is that it had injector bungs in the bottom of the intake ( almost where the stock injuectors should be) but are capped off with bolts. the bad thing is that cause of the intake two peice design , the top part makes it impossible to use injectors in the bottom part (you can almost see them in the first picture).

has anyone looked into c.a.p.a.'s manifold?

the kit cost me a bit more then 5k and I think I can run it with stock pcm and injectors but not the stock fuel rail (I am working on that now with lt1 rails)

about the intake manifold base I can check it soon but it looks like the radix base intake.

So I guess by the above pics that you got the full BDS intake manifold system? Are you running the BDS scoop or 2 X 4 TB's?
cheers

Doesn't the roots style blower needs a tb setup not dirsct port injection. I read that the rotors will heat and burn up if you dont have the gas to coll the intake charge. Or are you guys going to run a carb. I would hate to see you guys waste your blower.
